We are custom molders, specializing in cast urethane. Our custom cast polyurethanes are made solely from high performance urethane polymers. Additionally, Our computer controlled urethane molding equipment is state of the art. If the application does not warrant polyurethane molding, we can also utilize our high output rubber injection molding machines to produce your part requirements. We injection mold a wide variety of thermal set and thermoplastic elastomers and engineering resins. Some of our molded thermal set rubber products include natural rubber, silicone, EPDM and Neoprene. We can mold TPU with plastic injection molding machines or we can cast polyurethane parts depending on the physical property requirements.
